• Description

Wine aging for twelve months in French oak barrels which gives it the deep aroma of red fruit like cherries or plums. It has hints of mint, vanilla and spices. Soft and round tannins give it long, full and complex texture. Ideal for red meats, game and cheeses. Serving temperature 16-18°C.
