• Description

The alcohol created from molasses is poured into oak barrels for 12 to 24 months after which time it is mixed with many spices which include cinnamon, ginger, cloves, caramel and many other secret ingredients.
It has a dark deep colour and a pleasant smell in which we find nuts, vanilla and coffee. The flavour is dominated by strong accents of espresso, caramel, ginger and cloves. The long finish surprised with spices, pepper and a light touch of orange flavour.
In addition to the interesting flavour the rum surprises with its name and the mystery associated with the mystical creature called Kraken.
